*DUE TO COVID-19 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.*

We DO NOT offer refunds on any items, however; Mz. D'z Designz will happily accept an item for an exchange or store credit if ELIGIBLE.
*To be eligible for an EXCHANGE or store credit, your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.*
*Exchanges or store credit request must be made within 3 days from post marked delivery.
- A request for an Exchange or Store credit must be submitted within 3 days from post marked delivery!
- To start your request please email us at mzdzdesignz@gmail.com. In the subject line please include (RETURN and order number). In the body or your email please include details as to why you are requesting an exchange/store credit.
- Once the request is received, you will be given a RETURN REQUEST # and an address to ship your item/items to. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURN # AND RETURN ADDRESS.The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage as well as lost or damaged packages.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return # will not be accepted.
- If the error is on our part (wrong item, defective item, etc.) we will pay for return shipping cost.
- Please allow 3-5 business days after items have been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable.
